INgezim^® COVID 19 SPIKE CROM test is a double recognition immunochromatographic assay capable of detecting specific antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 S protein in vaccinated individuals, in serum and blood samples.

Specific antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 S protein in biological samples from infected patients remain longer than antibodies against N protein. However, where it plays an important role is in vaccination processes, due to the development of vaccines that use S protein as immunogens. Thus, the detection of specific anti-S antibodies is essential for monitoring vaccination.
