GSD NovaType Select Base SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR (1x96)

GSD NovaType Select Base is a research use only (RUO) real-time reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) assay designed to be used in combination with any GSD NovaType Select [xxx] SARS-CoV-2 assay for the qualitative detection of the SARS‑CoV‑2 S gene mutations. The mutations that can be detected are defined by the chosen NovaType Select [xxx] SARS-CoV-2 kit.  The Select assays detect the following mutations: K417N, K417T, L452R, T478K, E484K, P681R, P618H.
