GMOScreen RT (LR/HR+) 35S/IPC and NOS/IPC and FMV/IPC
The GMOScreen RT (LR/HR+) 35S/IPC and NOS/IPC and FMV/IPC contains all reagents for 3 x 96 RT-PCR separate reactions for detection of three regulatory DNA sequences often used in GMO production with internal positive control (IPC):
1) the CaMV 35s promoter of the Cauliflower Mosaic Virus
2) the FMV 34s promoter of the Figwort Mosaic Virus
3) the nos terminator from the nopalin synthetase gene of Agrobacterium tumefaciens
