The CaMV 35S promoter is present in many genetically modified corn events. For this reason the CaMV 35S promoter screening quantification is ideally suited for the determination of the relative amount of GM corn containing the CaMV 35S promoter. The GMOQuant 35S Screen Corn kit provides materials for the quantitative measurement of genetically modified corn DNA in DNA extracted from food, feed, seeds and environmental samples.
