The screening methods CaMV 35S promoter and AgroBorder II element are an ideal combination for GMO testing of soybean samples. GMOQuant Duplex 35S/AgroBorder II Soy provides an increased lab efficiency by combining the CaMV 35S promoter and AgroBorder II quantification for soybean in one analytical step. The Kit provides materials for the simultaneous detection and the quantitative measurement of the 35S promoter, a regulatory DNA element derived from the Cauliflower Mosaic Virus (CaMV), and the AgroBorder II modification in DNA extracted from soybean samples or products with soy content.
